Enter Spa Week Daily's National Wellness Giveaway for a chance to win a spa package.

As we struggle to stave off the winter doldrums, we’re searching for new ways to unwind. According to the American Institute of Stress, too much stress can lead to depression, heart attacks, stroke, hypertension, immune-system dysfunction and a variety of other health issues. So the National Wellness Giveaway from Spa Week Daily — with prize packages from 28 participating spas from coast to coast — sounds like just the prescription. Simply select the spa location nearest to you and enter your basic information (name, phone number, email and address) through Feb. 28, and you’ll be eligible for that spa’s prize package.

Prizes vary by spa — for example, Body by Melisa in Oakland, CA, is offering head-to-toe wellness, including a 90-minute lymphatic drainage massage, a 60-minute reflexology treatment, a 45-minute sauna session, a 60-minute deluxe facial and a 60-minute hot-stone massage, plus lunch and an hour-long consultation with a nutritionist. Other participating spas include Elizabeth Adam Salon & Day Spa in Chicago; Infinity Day Spa in Glendale, CO; L’Institut Sothys in New York City; Naya Fresh Body Spa in Chatsworth, CA; and the Winsdor Arms Spa in Toronto. If you’re not one of the 28 winners, check out the Spa Week Event April 12–18, when more than 700 participating spas across North America offer select treatments for $50 each.
