I am fighting a lonely battle for over 7 years in Utah with a proud Uinta Ute woman named Oranna Felter. We want to repeal the Ute Termination Act that remains a racist indictment on our own government that has wrecked havoc on the lives of innocent Uinta Utes, stripped in 1954 of their Indian identities. Please look at www.undeclaredutes.net. Those who have crooked my clients out of their identities, land, minerals do not want Congress to repeal this law and hope we are not successful in finding a wide public forum as you have.
