VIV Moment

By far, the most life-altering experience I have had was when I was 25.

I had the privilege of spending time with my dying mother hours before her passing. As I sat with her in silence, holding her hand, and sometimes singing or whispering words of love and of letting go to her, I felt a sense of my heart expanding, nearly exploding. And, yet, I also knew that everything was going to be OK. There was a sense of awe, of wonder, of oneness and peace.
Since that time I have dedicated my life and my passion to the well-being of seniors and the transitions that they experience as they grow into their own acceptance of change.
