Serves 1</p>
<ul>
<li>1 cup frozen raspberries</li>
<li>1⁄2 cup plain, nonfat yogurt</li>
<li>1⁄2 small ripe banana</li>
<li>1⁄4 cup orange juice, preferably fresh-squeezed</li>
</ul>
<p>Place all ingredients in blender and process until smooth. Pour into a chilled glass.</p>
