Serves 1
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1⁄2 cup plain, nonfat yogurt
- 1⁄2 small ripe banana
- 1⁄4 cup orange juice, preferably fresh-squeezed
Place all ingredients in blender and process until smooth. Pour into a chilled glass.
