Sela Ward’s Workout

As featured in the September/October 2008 issue of VIVmag, trainer Stephanie Laff has worked with the award-winning actress Sela Ward for more than a year at the Sports Club/LA, where Laff has converted Ward into a kettle-bell devotee. Her playlist for Ward consists of upbeat alternative-pop music. “When we train at Sports Club/LA there’s music playing lightly in the background.
