Sizzling workout: S Factor

What it is A sexy workout inspired by exotic dance, S Factor combines Pilates moves with strippers’ gyrations. The two-hour classes are taught in dimly lit studios featuring the same poles used by the pros. Skimpy outfits and Lucite heels are encouraged.
